Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within three days of order placement and before service processing has begun. Once processing has started, cancellation may not be possible. Approved refunds will be processed within seven days.
Return Policy
Where applicable, returns or exchanges may be requested within seven days of purchase, subject to items being unused, in original condition, and not exempted at the time of purchase.
Shipping Policy
Where physical delivery applies, orders are shipped via registered courier or speed post. Delivery timelines are subject to courier norms. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
